These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and us when you download Arrow Flux Link Rush from the Google Play Store and use it. By installing, launching, or otherwise engaging with the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all provisions below. If you do not accept them, you must uninstall the App and immediately stop all further use.
The license we give you is personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. It lets you use Arrow Flux Link Rush for lawful entertainment that is not commercial, on mobile devices owned or controlled by you. Unless applicable law allows it or we first consent in writing, you must not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, create derivative works from, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the game, including source code, graphics, audio, and proprietary systems.
Actions that disrupt, harm, or weaken the game’s normal operation are forbidden. This covers, for instance, bug exploitation, unauthorized cheat utilities or modifications, changing local game data, operating automated scripts or macros, and efforts to circumvent the App’s technological protection measures. Arrow Flux Link Rush offers no chat, social messaging, or player-to-player communication functions.
Ownership of Arrow Flux Link Rush, together with all associated rights, title, and interest—covering code, visuals, sound effects, level designs, animations, trademarks, and other proprietary assets—rests solely with our development team and its licensors. No ownership interest is transferred to you by these Terms. Any unauthorized exploitation of the game’s intellectual property is prohibited.
If the game displays a “cash win” label or any comparable reward indicator, it is decorative only and functions solely as a marker of progress or achievement within the game. Arrow Flux Link Rush does not support or participate in real-money betting, gambling, cash payouts, cryptocurrency transfers, or monetary redemption of any kind. Virtual items and rewards carry no real-world value and may not be exchanged outside the game for money, goods, or services.
The App is made available “as is” and “as available.” No warranty of any kind—whether express, implied, or statutory—is given. We do not represent that the game will be free of errors, run without interruption, or work with every device model, operating system version, or external component. Performance can differ based on device hardware, system updates, network conditions, and other external factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, data loss, lost game progress, reduced device performance, or other harm resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Game progress and save data are stored locally on your device. We do not keep remote backups and take no responsibility for progress lost through app deletion, device factory resets, or comparable events.
At our sole discretion, we may release updates, patches, or modifications to the game, including by adding, removing, or changing features, content, or functionality, with or without advance notice. We likewise reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service periodically. An amended version will be placed at pluxemb.com/terms.html with a revised effective date. If you keep using the App after that posting, your continued use will signify acceptance of the revised terms.
The laws of the jurisdiction in which our development entity is organized govern these Terms and their interpretation, without giving effect to conflict-of-law rules. Should a competent court determine that any provision is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in full force and effect.
